Return window
Returns are accepted for eligible unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Hygiene and consumable items may not be returnable once opened unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Keep invoice/order ID ready.
- Share clear photos for damaged or wrong items.
- Do not discard packaging until support confirms next steps.
Refund handling
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where available. COD refunds may require bank or UPI details from the customer.
- Refund timing depends on the payment provider.
- Shipping charges are refunded only when the issue is caused by fulfilment error.
Exchanges
For wrong, damaged, or defective items, Valar may offer replacement or store resolution after reviewing the order evidence.
